Neighborhood Watch

Waterhouse South homeowners should report all suspicious persons and activities to the Beaverton Police. Homeowners are also encouraged to send an email about the situation to board@waterhousesouth.com so that Waterhouse South Homeowners' Association (WSHA) can inform the rest of the neighborhood through the Waterhouse South homeowners email mailing list. If you are a Waterhouse South homeowner and would like to be added to the email mailing list, submit your request using the Email Mailing List Request Form.

Board of Directors

Waterhouse South is a self-managed homeowners association comprised of volunteer homeowners who make up the WSHA Board of Directors. Open to any Waterhouse South homeowner, directors are elected to a three (3) year term each May by the homeowners at the Annual Meeting of Homeowners. The terms are offset to avoid a complete turnover of Board membership within a single year. The officers of the Association are elected annually by the Board of Directors at the first Board meeting following the election of new Directors.

Architectural Control Committee

The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) ensures changes to the exterior of Waterhouse South homes and property comply with the WSHA Bylaws and Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&Rs). This ensures Waterhouse South will always be maintained as an attractive, quality-oriented residential neighborhood, as well as to protect property values within our community. Information regarding home changes and the WSHA ACC Request Form can be found on the Waterhouse South website's Home Changes tab/page.

Serving on the ACC is open to any Waterhouse South homeowner and is another wonderful opportunity to help out the neighborhood. ACC members are elected to a three (3) year term by the Board of Directors at the first Board meeting following the election of new Directors, but are not required to be Directors.
