Waterhouse South is a residential neighborhood located in Beaverton, Oregon, and managed by the Waterhouse South Homeowners' Association (WSHA).  WSHA is a self-managed association whose purpose is to maintain Waterhouse South as an attractive, quality-oriented residential neighborhood and encourage a sense of community among our families and friends.
