The Annual Meeting of Waterhouse South Homeowners will be held Thursday, May 7, at 6:30 PM at the Elmonica Elementary School cafeteria and cover the following Waterhouse South Homeowners' Association (WSHA) business:
Call to Order and Roll Call of Members
Adjourn the Meeting by 6:35 PM if a Quorum of Fifty Percent (50%) of Members, Present in Person or By Proxy,
is Not Met and Recall the Meeting at 6:40 PM the Same Night and Location where Twenty-Five Percent (25%)
of the Members, Present in Person or By Proxy, Shall Constitute a Quorum
Review of Annual Meeting of Homeowners 2025 Minutes
President's Welcome and Treasurer's Report
Vote to Return Approved Allocation for Bylaws and CC&Rs Legal Services to General Funds
Vote to Increase the Annual Assessment (Dues) from $75.00 to $100.00 Beginning Year 2027
Election of Two (2) Board Directors Each to a Three (3) Year Term
Vote to Allow the Board to Fill Expired Director Terms for One (1) Year if Election Cannot Fill Vacancies
Opens and Adjournment
NOTE: The Board of Directors only meets four (4) times during the year and the ACC reviews everything over email. Please consider volunteering just a little of your time to help make your WSHA and neighborhood an active and vital community!
Homeowners (Members) are encouraged to attend the Annual Meeting. However, if you cannot attend in person, please fill out and either mail or hand deliver to a WSHA Board Director the voting proxy sent to your home or submit the below online voting proxy before the Annual Meeting. To conduct this meeting and elect Board Directors, we must have a quorum of Members present in person or by proxy.
